NICOLE FRIESEN
Nicole Friesen is a movement loving, certified personal trainer and fitness instructor. She has credentials in Amplified Barre and Total Barre, and loves to teach all skill levels to embrace their body making her the force of nature in fitness and health she is today. Breaking down the walls between traditional Yoga, Barre, and Pilates Nicole offers a different approach to movement that engages mind, body, and soul to open up your creative flow.

Pilates Inspired Barre
This class is a complete body workout that will bring you through all the elements of wellness! This energizing class is set to motivating music. We will move through both large and small focused movements encouraging mobility and endurance. This class is low impact and can be modified to suit any fitness level. Leave class feeling stronger, more balanced, and with better posture and body awareness.

Class Policies
A SAC Membership must be purchased for all classes which consist of 8 hours or more per session. For workshops/classes under 8 hours long, a member and non-member price will be indicated. Membership fees are non-refundable.
