WHO
This Pizza Fundraiser requires the Arts4Tots Pre-school Program and Backyard Theatre Company to participate in the fundraiser.
We also encourage and invite the other SAC Program Participants and General Public to participate if they wish to get involved.
WHAT
Each family (AFT & BTC) is being asked to sell a minimum of ten (10) $25 Za Pizza gift cards for a minimum of $250 in sales which will cover your fundraising commitment.
Bonus: For those who are wanting to earn more benefits, you will receive 5% credit back on your SAC account for anything you sell OVER $250. It can be used towards any payments at SAC.
Note: If you do not sell the minimum $250 requirement, your fundraising waiver payment will be processed.

Arts4Tots: September 22 – October 21, 2021
Backyard Theatre Company: September 27 – October 21, 2021
HOW
SAC staff provides a fundraising envelope with your child’s name on it to collect the orders:
Arts 4 Tots
- M/W parents – you will receive your envelope on Wed, September 22 before class
- T/Th parents – you will receive your envelope on Thurs, September 23 before class
Backyard Theatre Company
- You will receive your envelope on Tue, September 28 before class
WHERE DOES THE MONEY GO?
All funds raised by our SAC Program Participants will go back into our program. As a non-profit organization, we rely on fundraising to subsidize the costs of our classes to make them affordable and accessible for everyone. This fundraiser gives you the opportunity to save the extra cost of this program registration.
MECHANICS
- Email, call or text your family and friends to purchase $25 Za Pizza gift cards
- Write down the buyer’s information, number of gift cards purchased, and payment method on the tracking sheet
- You can accept cash, cheque, or credit card payments
- If the buyer would like to use a credit card, fill out the credit card authorization slip provided in your envelope – including the buyer’s name, credit card number, and expiration date. SAC will charge the credit card when you return your envelope to the SAC office
- Place the cash, cheque, or credit card slip in the envelope
- SAC will provide you with the sold gift cards to distribute to your buyers after the fundraiser
