Get ready to double up on the yoga fun with a yin/vinyasa flow class – the dream team of yoga practices! Yin yoga, where you slowly sink into poses for a few minutes, meets vinyasa yoga, where you power through a sequence of postures in time with your breath. In this class, you’ll kick off with a gentle vinyasa sequence, then slow down to soak up those long-held yin poses. Think hips, hamstrings, and lower back – all the good stuff. Finally, wrap it up with a chill-out relaxation pose, leaving you feeling like a Zen master. Get ready to feel balanced, refreshed and ready to conquer the world!
Everybody and every body! Each Zumba® class is designed to bring people together to sweat it on. A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance, and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.
The Empower’d Method is a music based fitness class that blends barre training, functional strength training, aerobics & dynamic stretching. Empower’d is low impact, high energy and is designed to encompass and welcome ALL levels of fitness. You don’t belong in a box and neither should your Workout!
Culinary classes will explore the fundaments of creative, tasty, and safe practices in the kitchen. These classes will teach basic food handling, knife skills, and ingredient knowledge while baking and cooking in the kitchen. Join us for a fun year of cooking together!
